Candida-a very common problem

what you need to know

Welcome to Panmedicreview, your source of correct health information. Do I have Candida fungus or not? I want to focus on this topic because many people still write to me, even if there is a book called “The Power of Metabolism” where it is explained that everyone has Candida. Yet, people still ask me if they have Candida or not.

The answer is that if you are a human being living on planet Earth, you have Candida in your body, because all humans have Candida in their bodies. Candida albicans is a fungus that naturally lives in all human bodies, including those of Eskimos in the North Pole, people in the Sahara desert, Japanese, Chinese, Americans, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans, Cubans, and Venezuelans — everyone has Candida.

So the issue is not whether you have Candida or not, because we all have it as part of our natural intestinal flora, and, in the case of women, their vaginal flora. The issue is how much, how big the infection is. All human bodies naturally have Candida. So when a person becomes obese, overweight, or has diabetes, the body becomes filled with fungus, meaning the fungus grows excessively. When the Candida fungus reproduces excessively, it creates what is called an overgrowth. This overgrowth of the Candida fungus starts to cause many symptoms because the Candida fungus, like any fermenting fungus, produces 78 different toxins, all acids that cause manifestations in the body. They affect the hormonal system, and the nervous system, cause depression, and cause various other manifestations.

Let me give you a list of 22 symptoms or indicators of Candida fungus, so you can detect how much fungus you have.

1. Antibiotic use - Antibiotics can disrupt the balance of good and bad bacteria in the body, allowing Candida to overgrow.

2. High sugar/carbohydrate diet: Candida feeds on sugars and refined carbs.

3. Weakened immune system: conditions like HIV/AIDS, cancer treatments, and organ transplants increase risk.

4. Diabetes - Higher blood sugar levels feed Candida growth.

5. Pregnancy - Hormonal changes can allow Candida overgrowth.

6. Birth control pills or hormone therapy can disrupt the bacterial balance.

7. Poor digestive health - Candida can overgrow in the gut with poor digestion.

8. Chronic stress can weaken the immune system over time.

9. Oral health issues - Dry mouth, dentures, and poor oral hygiene increase oral thrush risk.

10. Humid environments - Candida thrives in warm, moist areas.

11. Tight, restrictive clothing - Allowing moisture buildup.

12. Obesity - Can contribute to skin fold infections.

13. Lack of sleep - impairs immune function.

14. Smoking - Impairs immune defenses.

15. Genetic predisposition - Some have greater susceptibility.

16. Certain medications - Steroids, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs.

17. Vaginal irritation - Products, and hygiene practices disrupting normal pH.

18. Catheter use - Allows entry into the urinary tract.

19. Hospital exposures - Candida is present in hospital environments.

20. Dietary deficiencies - Lack of probiotics, and nutrients to support immunity.

21. Underlying medical conditions - Celiac disease, Crohn's, cancer, etc.

22. Yeast infection history - Recurrences are more common after the first infection.

We’re not discussing whether you have it or not, because if you’re human, you already have it. We’re talking about whether you have too much. Generally, when a person starts to have indicators or symptoms like the ones I’m about to mention, it’s because the fungus has already grown excessively.

Anyone who is diabetic is guaranteed to be filled with fungus because diabetics have a lot of glucose. The glucose in the blood, which is the sugar in the blood, is what the fungus consumes. Therefore, by definition, a diabetic is filled with fungus. It’s like weeds — if you fertilize weeds, they grow, and they take over your lawn and house. The fungus is similar — if you give it a lot of glucose, a lot of what it feeds on, it reproduces and regenerates until it invades the entire body.

All overweight people are overweight because they’ve had an excess of glucose in their body, and that excess glucose has fed the fungus. So they also have a lot of fungus.

But I want to tell you the list of indicators or symptoms to make it easier for you to detect if you have a severe infection or a milder one. What is certain is that if you don’t clean the fungus out of your body, you won’t be able to permanently lose weight or regain your metabolism with a body filled with fungus.

The Candida fungus won’t let you lose weight. The symptoms are: acne (acne is often caused by Candida fungus in the upper part of the intestine, the small intestine, in a humid environment); allergies (people with Candida have allergies in humid environments; as soon as they enter a humid place, they start having allergies); food allergies (the Candida fungus creates small holes in the intestine with its roots, and this causes the body to develop allergies to certain foods that escape through those holes); allergies to certain clothes or jewelry made of metals (people with a lot of Candida often don’t realize they have an allergy, but if they don’t wear gold or another precious metal, their body reacts with an allergic reaction); constant fatigue (too much fungus produces a lot of acid and causes constant fatigue); cystitis in women (Candida can cause inflammation of the woman’s urinary tract, called cystitis); constant diarrhea (when a person has a severe fungal infection and the intestine is very inflamed, anything they eat comes out as diarrhea because the intestine is too inflamed, and the inflammation is caused by the excess Candida fungus); headaches or migraines (we know that headaches and migraines are caused by the Candida fungus because, after treatinga lot of patients I saw that every woman who cleans out the fungus automatically gets rid of migraines and sinusitis forever — at least for that period, until they go back to eating bread, rice, sweets, chocolate, and other foods that cause it to return); strong menstrual cramps (menstrual cramps are caused by the fungus, as we know because when the body is cleaned of fungus, menstruation no longer causes pain — there is still bleeding, but no pain); muscle aches (the fungus produces a lot of acid, and those acids accumulate in the joints, causing arthritic-type muscle aches); vaginal pain during sex (because women have more fungus than men due to their female condition and higher estrogen levels, their vaginal area often becomes filled with fungus, which irritates the vaginal walls, causing pain during sex because everything is irritated by the fungal infection); constipation (the fungus can cause either diarrhea or constipation — when it’s not spread out, it causes constipation because it causes pain in the intestine and blocks it; but when it’s too spread out, it causes diarrhea because the intestine is too inflamed); fatigue or weakness; vaginal discharge or itching (vaginal discharge is often caused by fungus, which is why pharmacies are full of suppositories and creams that women use to treat and remove fungus from the vaginal area); cold extremities (when the body becomes too filled with fungus, it becomes cold due to too much acid — the acids reduce oxygen and lower the body’s temperature); excessive gas; inflammation in the lower abdomen; urinary tract infections, like cystitis; irregularity or menstrual disorders (women with a lot of fungus, especially young women going through menopause, notice that their menstruation is irregular, with a lot of clots, too heavy or too light bleeding, or it disappears for two months — the whole hormonal system gets confused by the toxins produced by these fungi); itchy skin, especially at night or after showering (this is very characteristic — all people with a lot of fungus have itchy skin at night because that’s when the fungi grow); digestive gas problems; rash or skin spot reactions in the sun (people with a lot of fungus break out in a rash when exposed to the sun’s UV rays — they think it’s the sun causing damage, but it’s actually because they have a lot of fungus in their body, and it has everything to do with metabolism. Dry skin (the body becomes dry due to the number of acids produced by the fungus); sensitivity to sunlight and watery eyes (the sun’s light causes watery eyes in people with fungus behind their eyes); metallic taste in the mouth (this is very characteristic of Candida fungus — it causes a metallic taste, especially in women who have more fungus than men due to their female condition and higher estrogen levels); sensitivity to cigarette smoke, perfumes, and chemicals (when the body is very full of fungus, the Candida produces 78 different toxins, making the body very sensitive, so any little smell bothers them); and finally, sinusitis (we know that sinusitis is caused by Candida fungus — sorry my fellow dermatologists, but I’ve seen far too many cases, over 10,000 or 15,000 or 20,000 people with sinusitis who got rid of it after cleaning out the fungus).

I’m going over all these symptoms with you because if you find that you have several of them, you have a Candida fungal infection. If you have a Candida fungal infection, you won’t be able to lose weight completely because it affects your metabolism. I’m sharing this with you because this is the truth that big pharma not like.
